For the BSAC Research Review & IAB Meeting on 24-25 September 2025, access the Jarvis Event Pavilion (pictured below) on Level 1 of the new Grimes Engineering Center (formerly Bechtel Engineering Center).
Parking
Parking is extremely limited on the UC Berkeley campus. Please allow extra time to navigate any campus construction zones, find parking, and arrive at the building.
For September 24 and 25 parking on the north side of campus, near Grimes Engineering Center:
Lower Hearst Parking Structure (Level 2)
Entrance: Scenic Avenue (cross street Hearst Avenue)
Parking Permit for Lower Hearst Parking Structure (Level 2)
Attendees with reserved parking on registration receipt check in with the onsite attendant for a permit.
Place the permit on your dash and park in spots with BSAC event signage.
Attendees without reserved parking may find hourly pay parking in the Gold Zone on the east side of Level 2.

Rideshare Services
For rideshare services use this address:
2594 Hearst Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94720 at the intersection of Hearst Avenue and LeRoy Avenue.
Walk down the stairs between Cory Hall and Sutardja Dai Hall.
At the bottom of the stairs go right and continue until you reach the Jarvis Event Pavillion entrance on the right.
Public Transportation
The nearest BART station is Downtown Berkeley BART, followed by a scenic, slightly uphill, 15-20 minute walk to Grimes Engineering Center. A taxi stand is located outside this BART station. Downtown Berkeley BART also offers valet bike parking.
